Grid |power V H batteries (OGi block series) are sealed lead-acid low-maintenance batteries with positive plate grids. The specialty of this series is the "bagging" of negative plates. This protects the active material and effectively prevents short circuits, ensuring maximum reliability.
Not only are the batteries ideal for high current applications, they are also ideal for part cycle use. Grid | power V H batteries offer a very long service life, increased operational reliability and combine excellent performance with a robust construction. Typical areas of application are power supply systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), switchgear, emergency lighting systems, as batteries for starting diesel and emergency power generators, as well as railway infrastructure applications.
Product design according to DIN 40738 ensures maximum compatibility when replacing and expanding existing systems and battery systems. In combination with the Hoppecke grid | recombination system aquagen allows you to reduce the maintenance costs of batteries to maintenance-free, so to speak.
